Fareham had to settle for a 2-2 draw with Hamworthy United at the weekend.
Despite dominating large parts of the game lapses in concentration cost the Creeksiders dear as they feel they dropped two points.
Fareham created many chances and if it wasn’t for Hamworthy United’s goalkeeper on many occasions it may have been three points for them.
But Hamworthy were strong and held their nerve to keep goal scoring opportunities to a minimum, but Fareham found a few ways through.
Two defensive mistakes allowed Hamworthy to score their two goals which Fareham will feel they should have prevented.
Bryn Mackie and Tom Winzar were the two scorers for the Creeksiders.
Overall, a good point in one respect but in terms of domination and territorial play, Fareham will feel two points were dropped on this occasion.
